How It Started
Whatley Guard didn’t begin as a business idea—it started with something much more personal.
Like many families, we found ourselves helping parents and grandparents navigate everyday technology. Answering questions about phones, figuring out settings, reviewing bills, or simply explaining how something worked. These were small moments, often happening at the kitchen table or over a quick call, but they revealed something bigger.
The challenge wasn’t a lack of ability. It was a lack of support.
As technology became more advanced, it also became more complicated. At the same time, scams became more frequent and more convincing. What used to be simple—making a call, watching a show, understanding a bill—started to feel overwhelming for many people.

What We Saw
