This idea didn’t come from a business plan. It came from real conversations helping family members with their phones, answering questions at the kitchen table, and hearing, “I just wish there was someone I could ask.” Over time, it became clear that what people needed wasn’t just tech support. They needed someone patient, reliable, and available someone who could help them feel confident, not overwhelmed.
